“5th Avenue” by Danielle Sung

The 5th Avenue in New York City is what connects the North and South of Manhattan —  a street that calls in people from all over the world for its collection of name-brand shops. Walk around and we meet new people each step: some come from the building right across the street, some travelled 14 hours on plane to tour the city. In “5th Avenue,” I depict the bustling street through an abstract representation of the individuals you meet as you walk numerous blocks— the true beauty of 5th Avenue.
